Some services require a 90-day commitment, (such as SEO & Social Media Management) but after that, we offer month-to-month options as well as upfront yearly pricing. We offer multiple packages with a variety of marketing services that can be mixed & matched, and started & stopped as needed.
We do ask all of our clients to sign a basic Service-Level Agreement for our Social Media Management & Digital Marketing services. This puts our commitment to you and our deliverables in writing. It is short and sweet and easy to read (we promise, even we understood it 😉).
Our Software Solutions do not require a contract and can be purchased on a yearly basis or month-to-month.
You can cancel any time with a 14-day notice (see: "What if I Want to Cancel?", below).
What platforms do you provide social media management services for?
Facebook business page, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
After a discovery call to see if Avant Creative would be a good fit for your business, we submit a proposal with different solutions & pricing. Once a proposal is agreed upon we begin the onboarding process. Depending on the services requested, we will send you an in-depth questionnaire about your business, and about how you want your business to be portrayed.
Do you have any promotions?
Yes. We offer discounts for purchasing multiple packages, as well as 2-months free for purchasing a year of services up front. If this is not something that meets your budget, our month-to-month option is encouraged. See our pricing page for more details. If you refer someone who signs a 3-month contract or signs up for a membership, we will credit $50 towards your next month of service.

We ensure that appropriate tracking pixels have been installed for accurate reporting for services such as Social Media Ads & Search Engine Marketing. Other custom marketing materials, such as Lead Magnets & Landing Pages are also included in the setup fee with certain services. Our social media management account optimization includes an in-depth brand analysis and custom cover images to establish consistent brand recognition.
Our Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST.
Meeting times outside of those hours are always available upon request. Though always available for emergencies on nights, weekends, and bank holidays, we generally do not respond to emails during those times.
Examples of emergencies include: lost access to an account, account hacking, an unexpected bill for advertising spend, etc. (These issues are very rare, so don’t worry!).
